There were several brands producing the OSI 20m TS:

Marklin with their model 1803 in yellow, metallic grey, white and red.

Siku, ref. V276, V275. Red and light blue.

I am the happy owner of at least one of each. Besides the 1:43 scale, there is also a 1:87 (H0) scale model from BS Design.

Minichamps OSI 20m TS Silver

Minichamps finally released the OSI 20m TS, a limited edition of 2016 units (actually less than the number of real cars made) in metallic grey. It is the best ever. Next release is the red one but I believe they will produce all colours.
